This is the e-blast advertisement I designed for the AIA Women’s Leadership Summit to match their Facebook landing page. This year’s summit will be held in Kansas City, Missouri September 23 and 24.

The Women’s Leadership Summit is a 2-day conference (7 LUs) for women already in positions of leadership. The Summit focuses on supporting women in leadership by providing a forum to recognize, inform, and champion the work being created by women in architecture.

I designed Parktoberfest‘s third annual t-shirt, banners, day-of-event signs, and advertisements. Check the event out October 1st, 2011 Noon to 7 pm in Parkville, Missouri. Music, food, beer, and yes it’s a family event. And this year the Elder’s (Celtic Music from the Heartland) will be playing!

This is the business card I designed for Susan Lueders, owner of Dermistique Face and Body, located in Columbia, Missouri. Dermistique Face and Body is a skin care clinic that provides comprehensive skin care treatments and cosmetic services including Brazilian bikini wax, facials, eyelash extensions, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, eyebrow waxing, eyebrow shaping, luxurious body treatments, anti aging treatments and treatments to assist with acne problems. Last year I put together a brochure for them so we decided the new business cards should reflect it for a cohesive look.

This is business card I designed for a Seismologist, the study of earthquakes and elastic waves through the Earth, in South Pasadena, California. I really tried to incorporate how the Earth shifts and the waves it produces when there is an earthquake, into the card design. Susan Hough is also an author and has written books such as Earthshaking Science, Richter’s Scale and Predicting the Unpredictable.
